I didn't receive a confirmation email after creating an account

A welcome email is normally sent within five minutes of you submitting the registration form. If you didnā€™t receive it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your emailā€™s junk/spam folder.

  2. If you still didn't receive an email, go back to LYCRA ONEā„¢ and try again.

  3. Click the ā€œLog inā€ button.

  4. Click the "I forgot my password" text.

  5. Enter your email address (be sure to check it for typos).

  6. Click ā€œReset password.ā€

  7. If you still donā€™t receive a confirmation email, you may have made a typo when you originally entered your email address. You will need to set up a new account with the correct password.
